  • Renting event decor from us is a straightforward process. Start by browsing our wide selection of event decor items, including centerpieces, lighting, tables, chairs, vintage furniture and more. Once you've chosen the items that match your event's style and theme, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Please remember to select delivery or pick-up at checkout. Specify the date of your event, and we will either deliver the decor to your chosen location or you may pick up your decor items free of charge. After your event, simply pack the items back into their original packaging and we will pick the items up. 

  • Yes, we offer delivery or free pick up of our decor items. Please choose one or the other at checkout.

    Delivery:

    **There will be a delivery charge that will be charged separately after you place your order. ** Please read the delivery/pick-up section to learn more. 

    **This is curbside delivery** meaning we simply unload the items and you are required to set them up in their designated spot. However we do offer professional set up and take down as a separate service. Please contact us to learn more.

    You may also pick up your rental items free of charge. ** Please note that we do require you to have your own truck and you must be able to tow a 20 foot trailer for large orders** 

    You may transport smaller orders in an enclosed vehicle

    **PLEASE NOTE: You may not transport any rental items in an open truck bed.**

  • We understand that setting up event decor can be a challenge. That's why we offer optional setup and arrangement services for your convenience. During the checkout process, you can choose to add our professional setup service. Our experienced team will ensure that the decor is placed and arranged according to your preferences, saving you time and effort. This service is available for an additional fee, and you can discuss your specific requirements with our team to create a customized setup plan.

  • Yes, you can view our event decor items in person before making a rental decision. We encourage you to schedule an appointment to visit our showroom and see the decor up close. This is a great opportunity to get a better sense of how the items will look at your event and discuss any questions or customization options with our staff. Our showroom visits are by appointment only to ensure that we can provide you with personalized attention and guidance.
