Terms and Conditions
Cancellations – Please be aware that once you have accepted an estimate, and made your reservation, all other clients have been refused the rental equipment and services for that date, and thus all payments made are non-refundable. A credit for the amount of the paid invoice will remain on file in the case that your event has been postponed.
Malfunctioning Equipment – Make It Breathtaking guarantees delivery of properly working equipment. However, in the event that the equipment fails, or becomes unsafe, or is unusable, the customer must contact Make It breathtaking immediately to inform us of the defective equipment. Make It Breathtaking will provide a similar working piece of equipment pending inventory. Make It Breathtaking will not be responsible for any damage caused by malfunctioning equipment.
Delivery - We offer curbside delivery and pick up of most of our rental items within 25 miles of Brigham City, and then $2 per mile beyond that. We also charge a destination fee for any venue that is 100 miles away or further from brigham city. This amount will depend on what you order and where the venue is located. Any delivery charges will be added to the final balance.
There will be a labor/delivery fee of (15% of the total) when delivering large amounts of tables and chairs or if two trailers are needed. This amount will be added to the final balance.
**Customer/Renter is responsible for unloading and reloading the rental items into and out of the trailer** There are a few options as to how we can drop off and pick up the rental items, we can either leave our trailer on site and you and your wedding party can unload and reload the trailer at your convenience, or depending on parking for the trailer and other factors, you could choose to have a few members of your wedding party available at drop off and pick up times to unload and reload the rental items into and from the trailer. *We do offer professional setup and take down as a paid service*
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Equipment - All rental equipment shall be handled, lifted, and placed in a reasonable manner. In the event that equipment or rental items are damaged beyond the point of repair or missing, customer/renter may be charged up to 10X the rental amount to replace the damaged, or missing items. If the customer/renter does not pay the replacement costs within 30 days, Make It Breathtaking LLC reserves the right to charge the credit card on file until the costs are satisfied. Please note, replacement costs for Tables and Vintage Furniture are $700 to $2,500 per item and will be charged accordingly. Damage of items includes dragging items or leaving equipment outside in the sprinklers or rain. This is also true for negligence including leaving equipment unattended or failing to lock trailer after equipment is loaded. Failure to do so will result in the customer/renter being held responsible, and accountable for the replacement of the item(s)
Warranties – There are no warranties of merchantability or fitness, either expressed or implied. There is no warranty that the equipment is suited for customer/renters intended use, or that it is free of defects.
Possession – Upon delivery / setup of agreed upon rental items, customer/renter relinquishes the right to cancel any portion of the invoice. The agreed upon delivery time/date/location can only be changed in writing along with any rental extensions. Charges may apply to the final invoice once adjustments have been confirmed. At the time of possession, the customer/renter holds the right to inspect the rental equipment to ensure it is suitable to their needs. Make It Breathtaking LLC will assume inspection has been completed once the customer/renter has taken possession of the rental items or equipment.
Sub Renting – Customer/Renter may not sub-rent any piece of equipment or rental item provided by Make It Breathtaking LLC.
Late Returns – If items are returned late or are made unable to be picked up at agreed upon time, the customer/renter will be charged for an additional day. If the rental equipment and or items are not returned or made available for pick up after three days and customer/enter is unable to be reached, replacement fees will be accessed and the customer/renter’s card on file will be charged until fees are satisfied.
Returning Items – Any rental items that are wrapped or packaged upon arrival must be returned as such. As well as all equipment and rental items loaded back into trailer for pick up. Equipment and rental Items must be loaded into the trailer in a satisfactory fashion and suitable for transport. If equipment is left scattered and not loaded back into trailer by Customer/Renter and party, or person that is responsible for returning the items a fee of $250 will be charged to the card on file. This is half of the services fee for set up and take down.
Hold Harmless Agreement – Customer/Renter shall take full responsibility and assume all risk of any damages caused by loading / unloading, delivery, set up and use of the equipment and or rental items provided by Make It Breathtaking LLC.
Payments – A Deposit in the amount of 50% of the invoice will be due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event and will be charged automatically to the card on file. In the case where reservations are made 30 days or sooner prior to the event, the full payment is due at the time of reservation. Delivery fees may be added to your final balance. We will hold a security deposit of 30% of the total to the card on file, only to be returned after 7 days if the rental items are returned in satisfactory conditions.
